Job Description: [Campus Hiring] Data Product Manager — OKX

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain key 3rd-party data platforms on a daily basis
• Manage internal staff data feedback channels and ensure all feedback tickets are being resolved
• Review new product data key instrumentation and make sure they follow specified rules
• Regularly collect feedback from internal users on data use experience, and formulate corresponding plans and implement them
• Deep collaboration with data engineer team, and co-optimize the whole workflow
• Research and study on new 3rd-party tools Qualifications:
• Graduates in 2024 with a degree in Data field, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent fields
• Able to do internship in 2023
• Demonstrated leadership and management skill in co-curicular
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage different levels of stakeholders across the organization and navigate through conflicts and differences competently and with ease;
• Stakeholder Management – Conversant in business terms and ability to resolve and explain data analytics issues with relevant stakeholders
• Detail-oriented and analytical, with good problem-solving, organizational skills, and program management knowledge and experience.
• Process-oriented, and able to translate complex problems into logical and repeatable processes and diligently document the proposed technical solution.
• High level of integrity, take accountability for work, and a good attitude toward teamwork.
• Takes initiative to improve the current state of things and adapt to embrace new changes.
